Cook GLB assets in the browser, then upload the cooked payload.

This console now supports one authoring path only: .glb. The browser loads a WebAssembly cooker, converts the selected GLB into .moki_asset locally, then sends the cooked bytes to the existing asset-service upload pipeline.
